Welcome to my portfolio!

Hello! I am Purna, a Textile & Apparel designer with a love for the small and beautiful moments of everyday life. I love chatting with strangers, eating different kinds of food, collecting textiles and flowers, and writing poetry.
Making things out of paper, thread, or cloth is something I have enjoyed doing since my childhood. My work is a combination of creative thought and my deep rooted interest in understanding people, cultures and identities. I enjoy finding new and fresh approaches to interpreting the same things that we see around ourselves in our everyday life, be it in textiles, garments or photography.
